The biggest feature of the PA3020-H model is its ultra-high precision hot plate height. The tolerance is kept to ±0.015mm, making it suitable for heating processes on XY stages that require strict parallelism. Additionally, considering the installation on the stage, the legs are hollow, allowing the plate to be directly attached to the stage with low-profile bolts. The spacing between the legs is, of course, customizable!
